i remember my dad used to play this and other oldies in the car when my siblings and i were really young. haha. Then as the song is being played, i'll just sing along at whatever part i know, which was then, "Jimmy please say you'll wait for me. I'll grow up someday you'll see. Saving all my kisses just for you. Signed with love forever true" and "Joni, Joni please don't cry. or, Jimmy, Jimmy please don't cry". hahaha.

hahaha. i realised that i have been listening to quite a number of sad songs when i was young! haha. so young, that i didnt understand the lyrics..so i sang quite happily to each tune of the songs then. heh. but now i know (:
