i am feeling so relieved :)

the LA test, Phy qz, Math qz and Bio SPA are over!

=))) yay!

LA test today almost gave me a heart attack. MR PT suddenly announced that we had 15 minutes left to complete the paper. and i was only only halfway through. so i panicked like siao and my handwriting was getting messier and messier. Then i had like only 10 minutes left for the last two questions. one of them was summary. and MR PT suddenly said "i have another period with you guys right? That means you all should complete your paper 20minutes later, and not 10minutes later." My whole heart DROPPED immediately lah. had a mixture of emotions. one side of me was rejoicing and the other side was cursing. HAHA. like i chiong and chiong then in the end still have quite a lot of time?! haha. wo sia dao!!!!!!so scary! before he made ammendments to the time left, i was like so scared i would not be able to complete the paper! shivers. i'm glad it's over. phew.

math quiz and lesson were okay... =) ohyes. As i am sitting directly under the projector, =( i have to always switch it on during lessons if it is offed. so today during math lesson, it was off and Mr G.Goh needed it. Whenever i know that i need to climb up my chair to on it, i will always sigh and feel very wu nai. haha. Mr G.Goh know that lah, cos i always have that reaction in his class. So today, when he asked for the projector to be switched on, i sighed uncontrollably again. LOL. then he said, "maybe they can include that as part of NYAA". hahaahah. so funny. and i did a very very foolish thing to my homework. i wanted to change my entire math working. so i started using liquid paper..liquid liquid liquid, i didnt know i was like 'liquid-ing' 4/5 of the paper till jiayin told me that i could have actually just use a new sheet of paper. haha. i dont know why i didnt think of that too. i remembered telling myself when i was doing that particular question..but..haix. i also dont know. ahah. shinyi had a dejavu that i will say sth the moment Mr GG comes into class. it wasnt a dejavu after all. HAHA. cos i purposely dont say anything! =P

kaihui dropped a loveletter crumb on the shelter of the classroom beneath ours. orhor!!! haha.

YAY! i changed my blogskin :) find the old one very boring..and the colour yue4 kan4 yue4 guai4. hahaha. so i chose this new blogskin! =) =) =) As you can see, the word up there is "esophoria". According to the dictionary, esophoria is defined as a squint in which the eyes tend to turn inward toward the nose, or a tendency of the eyes to deviate inward. LOL. i dont know why the creator of this blogskin used that... but i'm too lazy to change it. so i shall leave it there :) haha.

This Lunar new year have been rather relaxing. =)

Last friday (16/2/2007):
jiayin, kaihui, jiahui, shinyi and i met together at herren's sakae sushi! :D we ate A LOT A LOT A LOT OF FOOD. HAHA. we had our buffet lunch at 5pm! when we seated and started ordering, there were this group of guys that kept staring at us. i think it's because we have big appetites so perhaps they're shocked. heh. but shinyi said it's the "i stare cos you stare at me" kind of thing. haha. i think we concentrated more on our food than them. HAHAHA. shinyi and i have a liking towards the fish egg sushi. we ate like 3 of that sushi at one go can. HAHA. and we're like comparing the colours of the eggs, cos some is dark orange, some red, some light orange. lol. so amusing. and i learnt my lesson. never try to laugh when eating that fish egg sushi. cos the eggs will get 'blown' out of your mouth, no matter how big the gap between your lips are. HAHA. in the end, shinyi had some pretty prange beads on her arm. HAHAHA. so disgusting. we ordered lots of food, so we were like eating while waiting. in the end, some food didnt come..like the scallop. =( think the people too busy bah. after eating, we walked around for a whlie. then went home. took the super crowded bus. hah. then there was this woman who was talking on her phone. she started to stand in between 4 seated passengers... and almost sat accidentally on a seat of shopping bags. everyone was like straing at her. but she continued talking on the phone and stood in between the 4 pple. lol. stood on the bus all the way home. legs very sore. haha

Last Saturday (17.02.2007)
it's new year eve! so we went to have our renuion dinner :) stayed up at night till 2am ++. was playing sparklers and fire crackers with my siblings. haha. was really fun. i like that 'can zoom, can change colour, can fly' fire cracker! it flew over to my neighbour's house and ALMOST landed on their car. haha. then the other one flew and almost went into a lorry's exhuast pipe. HAHAHA. played with sparklers and my siblings were pretending to be wizards. so funny. it's like they say the magic spell halfway then the sparkler extinguished le. ahah. Oh, my neighbour lent us this gun fire cracker too. you just keep shooting and some glittery paper will fire out :) funfunfun.

Last Sunday (18.02.2007)
It's NEW YEAR! slept for 10-11hours that previous night. ahah.
visited relatives and did some homework..watch TV. and eat.

Relatives came over to our house =) played from afternoon till night. HAHA. played Playstation...read and laughed at some disgusting parts of the Taboo book my cousin pointed out.. etc etc etc.

SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH MY BLOG :(
the words keep getting bolded when published. and when i republished, they turn back to normal. then i re-republished, they became bolded again. haiya. wierd. haha
i shall write in normal size instead of the usual small size just in case sth goes wrong with the bolding again :)

kaihui broke my scotch-taped small little golden rose stem first thing in the morning today! hahaha. or rather, she PULLED the flower out from the scotch-taped stem. LOL.

We had a false fire drill alarm this afternoon. shinyi, jiahui and i were like anticipating it. HAHA. cos the bell didnt ring in the morning, so we sort of guessed that they were probably preparing for the alarm. hahah. but it turned out to be a false one. =P

oh. my right eye was uncomfortable during lessons today. i SUSPECT that dearest shinyi wanted to spread her eye illness to me. hahaha. same eye somemore! rahh. nothing much happened today... just that i ate a chocolate that i meant to give someone. hahah. ok. byebye.

sometimes, people get too comfortable with the people around them that they saythings that werent supposed to be said, or said something sensitive or hurtful. you just have to know the limit yea?

happy valentine's day! <3>

it's an interesting day today :)

arrived at school at around 6.35am, so early! so i chose my canteen bench! in the end, i've got this bench right under the light :) because xinyu said that the previous bench area was too dark, always have the tendency to fall asleep whlie reading. besides, i always blocked her cos of my shadow. HAHA. so, i'm nice to rechoose another place for her today! =)

Valerie greeted me with 2 slices of bread at my classroom door this morning. haha. the bread is her valentine's day present to me. haha. so funny. went into the classroom and jiayin, shinyi and jiahui gave me chocolates! :) during recess, charlene gave me chocolates again! and eileen gave me chocolates too! then after school, fransicca gave me chocolates again! HAHA! it's a chocolatery day!

i was very amused during lunch, we had sort of a squad lunch =), which is really rare. was queing up at the bake deli stall. then i heard two girls behind me having a discussion : "hey, isnt she jiaqi?" "yar! it looks like her!" then they leaned forward to look at me. " Eh! it's not jiaqi leh!" "but her hair and height like exactly the same!" "yarlor!" "but it's not jiaqi!". HAHAHA. so amusing. i was lke eavesdropping and trying hard not to laugh. and one of the girl turned out to be my mortal, Haidee! haha. i dont think she recognise me anymore... =P after that, i went to join jiahui at her western food stall. there was this sec1 girl in front of us "half hopping half falling" towards us. i thought she would gain her balance. instead, she stepped right onto my left foot. ouch. then she was like apologizing.. and i was like "nevermind..nevermind..". when i thought everything was over, she suddenly turned and asked me "which class are you from?". so i said "ehh..sec4? 403? why?". and she replied "nothing..just for fun". HAHA. what a wierd encounter.

After lunch, we had bio prac!!! :)))))) we'd done dissection of pig's heart. today, we're doing dissection of pig's eye. haha. 0_0 thank you xinyu for your pig's eye! :) dissection was rather fun. was cutting away all the muscles of the eye away... then poke through and cut the cornea, then squish out the aqueous humour, then the lens...then slit the area around the eye and flipped it inside out..observed and find the optic nerve! :D yay. very fun :) i did the dissection twice! cos eehui didnt want to dissect, so i had an extra eye to dissect and observe! 8) hahaha.

and i realized i'm having wierd thoughts ever since the dissection. it's like we have to meet a teacher after school, then i was sitting opposite her. the teacher's eyes were big and i can see her iris etc etc. AND THEN, the cutting of the cornea flashed into my mind when i looked at her eye!!! oh man. so scary. i was like "why am i thinking of this?". haha.

TOC practice after school was fun. i kept laughing. hahahaha. jiahui's terrified of xinyu and i transporting her. HAHAHAHA.

Yesterday, before CCA, shinyi, jiahui, eileen and i were standing at the back of the hall listening to the announcement of the o'levels results. and like what mr pt wanted, we observed the students' faces.

somehow, i was very affected during the waiting of results. the atmosphere was very tense and i was actually feeling nervous! when they announced the names of students who scored 6,7,8,9 A1 , i felt really happy for those students. it's just this feeling where you're happy and proud of a stranger whom you dont know and have never seen before. you just feel very happy for them. These students were shocked when they knew of their results. they hugged each other, cried on stage, some still trying to overcome their shock. it was as if the happiness was contagious. haha. Went to the toilet after that..saw a student who scored 8A1 crying in the toilet. she doesnt have a smile on her face. thus, it was difficult to tell if she was or was not shedding tears of joy.. like what mr pt said, " laughing does not mean one did well. crying does not mean one did badly". so i didnt know what the girl was feeling then.

As i looked at all the o'levels ex ny students, it occured to me that this will be one of the last time i will be witnessing the announcement of such o'level results in nanyang. i wont be experiencing this kind of moments at all... After my batch graduates from this school, there will be no such thing as "announcement of o'levels results" day in nanyang anymore! so i was like observing the "ceremony" very carefully. i want to remember this day. and the details. the emotions. the faces. which are things i'll never get to experience myself.

Went for the Mendaki today with jiahui, shinyi, valerie, xinyu, guo chang, jessica and gwendolyn. it was fun. hahaha. those malay kids are just so adorable. =) heh. i like thier playroom!! especially their container classroom! it just reminds me of the scenes in blue's clues, where all the furnitures are 2d and drawn nicely using crayon. haha.

i'm having muscle aches on my arms since afternoon. and i have no idea why i have them. rahh. especially when their presence were so sudden. the aches travel from my lower arm right up to my shoulder =( so my arms are really weak now. they ached even when i stapled worksheets. gah. and i'm feeling sick. think i have a slight fever :( ohyes, i had dehydration yesterday! haha. when i reached home, i was super thirsty that i gulped down a bottle of water, 2.5 cups of milk and a bowl of soup. and i'm still thirtsy! HAHA. was like bloated, cant drink but still want to drink. heh. and my lower lip swelled a little bit too. reminded me of the days during OBS. haha.

YAY. 5.5 tests over. left 1.5 =) heh

felt so relieved all of a sudden. haha. finally. i've been like waiting for this day to come. was like studying and studying and studying for the past few days. tiring. also have been sleeping late..cos of revision. LOL. slept at 12+ everyday.

i used to be able to stay up till 2am latest, but now, i cant AT ALL. i start to have droopy eyelids at 11pm. i start yawning at 11.30pm. Then i will work as fast as i could to slam my head onto the pillow at 12am. then i fall asleep immediately. that's me everyday last week and this week. HAHA. and because of lack of sleep, i tend to oversleep too. supposed to wake up at 6am. set alarm clock at 5.50pm. every morning during this week, i will reach out for my alarm clock in the dark when it rang, then shut it off, and continue slepeing. at 6am, my sis will give me another call to wake up. but i'll just say "uhhhhhhh..." and fall asleep. at 6.10am, my maid will go "wake up zijia..6.10am already!". then i'll go "yar..i know..". THIS MORNING, i woke up at 6.20am! AHH. my mother was the 4th one to wake me up. HAHAHAHA. then i was like shocked and chionging to the bathroom. haha. BUT i still left the house at 6.30am this morning! haha. fastest record-- get up from bed, use the toilet, change, grab food in 10min! hahaha. but of course, i'm not supposed to be very proud of that. HAHA

Assembly today talked about camp stuff and blahblah. THEY SHOWED US THE NANYANG CORPORATE VIDEO! =D it's nice. :):):) hahah. so sad jiayin wasnt there to watch it. heh. ohyes. shinyi hung her softtoy pig on the projector screen! so hilarious. it was like when we released the screen, the pig will 'fly' along with it before ending with a jerk. HAHAHAHA. but the pig looked like it was hung. haha. bu4 ji2 li4! heh

it isnt really easy being one. i wish they really knew our intentions :)

i want to run and run and run! grr. shall be somewhere in the front during the next PT. muahaha.

it had been nearly a month since i last blogged. haha. Sometimes, i'll question myself if blogging is really necessary. is it simply a waste of time? should i just write in my personal diary instead of here? should my life ever be a story that is read and passed around? privacy? didnt blog for the past month though i knew i had something to say each time i signed into blogger then reached this page i hesitated then i would just sign out without writing anything at all i just didnt feel like writing out my thoughts sometimes, they are better to be unknown to others i am influenced and affected easily recently i dont know why i can be sad for a whole day cos of sth cry during the night then return to school in a dampened mood emotionless then suddenly i will get all hyped up and happy again cos of influence so wierd and i realise i have the habit of forcing myself to control my tears. i just kept gritting my tears and remained silent, letting the tears well up and blurring my vision before they trickle down and splash im feeling wierd cos of things around me gahh delete them. the whole chunk. like what i used to do. the cycle. it is not to be known.
