flag day on father's day

had flag day yesterday
a wierd day.
haha
went to paragon with jiahui, shinyi they all to ask for donations
business not bad. heh.
was asking for donations when two ladies came to ask if i wanna participate in the 4 million smiles campaign. so i did. haha.
wonder how they're gonna take 4million pictures of people smiling.
:)

after that decided to drag jiahui so that she can take a pic too.
haha
went into paragon with jiahui to find a toilet
took us 5min
haha
oh, asked donations from a family of four
father donated lotsa money
asked one of the son to help donate some to jiahui
father said, " go and find the aunty..where's is she?"
haha
jiahi was mad
:p
in the end he donated all to me cos he cant find 'aunty'
LOL
x)

mouth dry and aching from asking and smiling all day
was asking and suddenly an indian man came
thought he wanted to donate. haha
but instead. he said this "you're beautiful, you shouldnt be working here. $#^%*&)^&^$%$@$#@(%&)*^&)$^ (couldnt catch what he was saying), you have a big heart. May god bless you."
then he walked away
stood there. amused? hurhur

after a while, noticed an indian man taking photos of the busy road
also took pics of the ice cream man
guess he was a tourist
came and asked if he could take a photo of me
awkward. felt weird.
haha
so i politely rejected
:)

went to have lunch with jiahui at Mcdonalds
we saw a marquee with a mcdonald sign on it
so we crossed the road to get there
without a traffic light
but with several guys
we just merely 'followed' them
haha
realised that the Mcdonald there only sold milk shake and drinks
disappointed
so we decided to go to the Mcdonalds at lucky plaza
crossed the road again, without a traffic light
but this time, alone
almost got knocked down by a taxi
goodness

had fish burger, fries, coke
jiahui ad i took 3 packets of tartar sauce
heh
oh
and a vanilla ice cream
:D

went back to work
several people asking passers-by to do some survey
one woman was HYSTERICAL
it is like when a participant got something right,
she would jump. yes, JUMP
and screamm
and laugh
and laugh
and leave the participants and others to look at her with a question mark in the face
haha
so funny
:D

started to drizzle
jiahui came and complained that a woman was pestering her
for a teddybear
hahahahaha
we wanted to run away from her and find a shelter (TAKA)
but she found us at the traffic light
started asking for teddybear
but we didnt have any left
so she told us to get one and give her
and that she will be waiting here for us
shudders
we left hurridly
wanted to shop in TAKA
but the earings were too expensive
so didnt buy anything

stopped raining, went to Heerens to find shinyi they all
walked one big round
ahhhhh
donated $1.30 (combined with jiahui) for 3 tissue packs
FLIPPY!!

after walking, we met some people asking for donations for forgot wad organisation
jiahui and me donated $2 each

met some kids running the 'little entrepreneurship' programme
very cute
kept telling me and jiahui to buy their stuff
so me and jiahi each bought a bracelet
asked the boy how mush
$5, but i give you discount.
50cents!!!!
WOW. i thought he wanted to sell those stuff for 50 cents
but he went "no, is discount of 50cents. so now $4.50"
haha
adorable
we didnt notice the camera sneaking from behind
jiahui turned, facing her backside to the cam
hahaha
xD

met the guys at heerens finally
but we decided to go on our own
for some reasons
many people stopped us, trying to get us to donate
BUT WE ALREADY DONATED
and me and jiahui and almost nothing left in our wallet
sigh

went back to find the woan who wanted a teddybear outside paragon
she's still there!!
went to tell her that we dun have anymore teddy bears left
she said nevermind and went to stroke jiahui face!!!!
eek
in to paragon's toilet me and jiahi went
this time, to wash jiahui's face
haha
o_o

got bored
so we started counting how any people wore pink(for jiahui)
and how many wore red (for me)
haha
got even bore-der
so we decided to stop and strolled back to return our cans
haha
then we went home
to celebrate father's day
and eat cake
haha
:)

haha.
it's nice ending each paragraph with a smiling face
